Meal Plan, Week of 11/14-11/20

I haven’t posted a meal plan in a long time! Here it is!

Breakfasts

  • Smoothie
  • Smoothie and eggs
  • Smoothie and muffin
  • Eggs and spinach with toast or muffin
  • Kids- pancakes
  • Kids- waffles
  • Kids- bacon, egg, and cheese croissant

Lunches

  • Sandwich with meat, veggies, and egg
  • Chicken thighs or salmon, brussel sprouts, and mashed sweet potatoes
  • Chicken on salad
  • Kids- sub sandwiches
  • Kids- school lunch

Dinners

Snacks

  • Greek yogurt
  • Beef jerky
  • Boiled eggs
  • Fruit and veggies

Food Prep

  • Boil eggs
  • Banana pumpkin muffins (making with Kodiak Cakes mix)
  • Sheet pan meal (for lunches) put into containers
  • Smoothie bags
