Breakfasts

Lunches
- Sandwich with meat, veggies, and egg
- Chicken thighs or salmon, brussel sprouts, and mashed sweet potatoes
- Chicken on salad
- Kids- sub sandwiches
- Kids- school lunch
Dinners
- Monday- Chili and tamales
- Tuesday- Trader Joe’s orange chicken and rice
- Wednesday- TJ’s chicken fried rice
- Thursday- Homemade ramen
- Friday- Roast with potatoes and colorful carrots
- Saturday- Homemade pizza (GF for MIL)
- Sunday- Pad Thai
Snacks
- Greek yogurt
- Beef jerky
- Boiled eggs
- Fruit and veggies
Food Prep
- Boil eggs
- Banana pumpkin muffins (making with Kodiak Cakes mix)
- Sheet pan meal (for lunches) put into containers
- Smoothie bags
