Frugal Meals Master List

Several years ago I came up with a master list of all of the meals that we regularly make (or have made) and I thought I would share it with you! There are some recipes linked and many just in my mind (so if you’re interested, I can share with you).

Breakfasts:

Fried eggs, toast, and fruit

Scrambled eggs on corn tortillas

Breakfast tacos 

Whole Wheat Banana Pumpkin Muffins

Whole Wheat Banana Crumb Muffins

Pancakes (homemade)

Baked pancakes 

Homemade granola and Greek yogurt (homemade or store bought)

Homemade biscuits

Green smoothies

Lunches:

Leftovers

Sandwiches (PB&J, PB & honey, uncured lunch meat and cheese, etc)

Salad with beans and lots of veggies (add chicken sometimes)

Dinners:

Burrito bowls (homemade pinto beans, rice, avocado, diced tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream)

Homemade Ramen

Pasta and homemade sauce

Homemade pizza

Quesadillas

Roast with potatoes and carrots

Chili

Southwestern soup

Homemade pulled pork

Tomato soup and grilled cheese (with homemade bread)

Hot dogs (uncured)

Hamburgers (on homemade buns)

Shepherd’s Pie
